Founder & President
Brian began his career in commercial real estate in 1993 with Commercial Property Associates and RFP Real Estate. After nearly two decades of industry experience, Brian independently founded City Commercial Real Estate and has been working in the Greater Milwaukee Area ever since. Brian specializes in tailoring his services to uniquely suit his clients’ wide variety of needs and goals.
Madeline Pagel
Vice President of Sales & Leasing
Madeline transitioned from residential real estate to commercial after meeting Brian in 2021. Her previous years spent living in Asia have given her a unique perspective on city planning and infrastructure. Her favorite aspect of commercial real estate is the ability to be involved in the city’s ever-evolving landscape, and assisting local businesses and property owners in finding mutual success.
